Returns Policy

You may return new items with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase in store or delivery date if ordered online for a full refund.  After 7 days, you may return new items with tags still attached for store credit up to 30 days after purchase in store or delivery date if ordered online.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We usually ship within 48 hours of your order. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

In store pickup is available for most items.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping rates are:

Less than 2 lb: $5.00

Between 2 lb and 5 lb: $8.00

More than 5 lb: $12.00
